Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item(s) — this applies to all items, including sale items. To cancel, email support@reborn-baby.co.uk with your order number. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Refunds

We will refund the full price of the returned item(s) and the standard outbound delivery cost. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return). You may examine the goods as you would in a shop; we may reduce the refund only for loss in value caused by unnecessary handling beyond what is needed to inspect them.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, return postage costs are your responsibility.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, contact us within a reasonable time. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exceptions

• Gift cards are not eligible for cancellation or return.
• Made-to-order personalised items are exempt from the cancellation right where permitted by law.
